Large tropical evergreen shrubs with bright green, rounded-elliptic leaves in pseudowhorles.The fragrant flowers are white with a long tubular corolla and abruptly flared lobes (salverform).Found on rocky river edges and open hillsides from 6,000 to 9,600 ft. in the OwenStanleyMountains of Papua New Guinea.
